Office Assistant
Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for a career in office administration? Our growing company in Muharraq is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing them to the appropriate person
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
- Ordering office supplies and keeping track of inventory levels
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information or assistance
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good time-management skills
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
Location:
This position is located in Muharraq, Bahrain.
