Job Title: Barista


A popular café in Dar Kulaib is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as light snacks and pastries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, milk frothers, and blenders
- Create latte art to enhance the presentation of drinks
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and using fresh ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of the barista station, including equipment, tools, and work area
- Stock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, milk, and pastries
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS system
- Uphold health codes and safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of coffee types, flavors, roasts, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a polite manner
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality under pressure during peak hours
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail when preparing drinks to meet customer preferences
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
Salary: $1000 USD per month
