Indian Restaurant Manager in Al-Khor, Qatar


We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. Our restaurant caters to a diverse clientele and we are looking for someone who is fluent in English and familiar with the Indian cuisine. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise and schedule staff members to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all food safety regulations are followed
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Control inventory levels and manage food costs
- Develop marketing initiatives to attract more customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Keep track of financial transactions and prepare reports for management
- Ensure compliance with health standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1400$ per month plus benefits including free visa and ticket.
