Floral Designer

We are in need of an experienced and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Muharraq. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and other events. You will also be in charge of maintaining the shop's inventory of fresh flowers and ensuring their high quality.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create stunning floral arrangements based on clients' preferences and event requirements
- Source and select high-quality flowers from suppliers
- Maintain the shop's inventory of fresh flowers and ensure their proper storage
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers according to design specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records of sales
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and techniques
- Train and supervise junior staff members

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g. buckets of water)
- Must have experience working with floral foam, wires, ribbons, and other materials used in floral arrangements

Salary: 1700$ per month
