Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our office by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including arranging travel accommodations when necessary
- Assist with accounting tasks such as invoicing and managing expenses
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Order office supplies and keep track of inventory levels
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national with valid residence visa for Medina or willing to relocate
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Must have attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
Note: This job does not require any English proficiency. It is open only for Pakistani nationals who are currently residing in Medina or willing to relocate. Experience is not necessary but candidates must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
