We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining relationships with clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through networking and cold calling
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
