Part-Time Waiter/Waitress for Indian Restaurant in Sharjah


We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Waiter/Waitress to join our team at an Indian restaurant in Sharjah. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat customers and take their orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before serving
- Provide recommendations on menu items and inform customers about any specials or promotions
- Attend to any customer requests or complaints with a positive attitude
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for service and clearing dishes after meals

Requirements:
- Must be Indian nationality with valid residence visa in Sharjah (sponsorship will be provided)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Must have basic knowledge of Indian cuisine and menu items
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or Malayalam is a plus)
- Able to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays as needed
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong customer service skills and able to work well under pressure

This is a part-time contract position with no accommodation provided. We welcome students who are looking for part-time employment opportunities. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. As this position does not require fluency in English, it is suitable for beginners or non-native speakers.
