Mason Supervisor in Dubai, UAE

The ideal candidate for this position will be a skilled and experienced Mason with supervisory experience. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the work of masons on construction sites
- Ensure that all work is completed according to design plans and specifications
- Monitor progress and productivity of the team, making adjustments as needed to meet project deadlines
- Train and mentor new or inexperienced masons
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow
- Inspect completed work for quality control purposes
- Order materials and supplies as needed for projects
- Keep accurate records of time worked, materials used, and project progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in reading construction plans and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of different types of masonry techniques, tools, and materials
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work

Salary:
A competitive salary package of 1200$ per month will be offered to the selected candidate.

Location:
This job is located in Dubai, UAE. Candidates must be willing to relocate or already residing in Dubai.
