We are in need of an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team in Muharraq. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings for various baked goods
- Bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate and finish baked goods with toppings or fillings
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Maintain high levels of food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, cakes, etc.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
