Hotel Sales Manager

We are hiring a Hotel Sales Manager for our luxury hotel in Riyadh. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. You will also oversee the sales team and work closely with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage the sales team, providing training, coaching, and guidance to achieve targets
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, etc. to promote the hotel's services
- Create attractive packages and promotions to drive bookings during low season periods
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing, front office) to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends and attend networking events to build contacts within the hospitality industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in Riyadh
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Malayalam or Arabic is a plus
