Barista (Egyptian) for English-Speaking Cafe in Al-Rayyan


We are a popular cafe in Al-Rayyan seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As an Egyptian Barista, you will bring a unique flair and expertise to our cafe, providing our customers with delicious coffee and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos
- Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the espresso machine and other equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Must be Egyptian with fluency in English
- Previous experience as a Barista is required
- Knowledge of different coffee beans, roasting methods, and brewing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract position. Accommodation will also be provided.
