Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Develop strategies to increase profitability and minimize costs
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items or specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry as a manager or supervisor
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred but not required

Additional Requirements:
This job is specifically for Malayalees who are fluent in Malayalam. English proficiency is not required but would be considered an asset.
We welcome graduates who have completed their studies within the past 2 years.
This is a temporary position with accommodation provided.
