Construction Manager (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of workers and subcontractors, as well as coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines and budgets, monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage a team of workers and subcontractors, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures on site
- Monitor material usage and inventory levels to avoid project delays
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE, preferably in Sharjah
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is an urgent position so candidates who can join immediately will be given priority. Part-time positions may also be considered for highly qualified candidates.
