We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important factors for construction projects. Your duties will include using specialized equipment to collect data, analyzing and interpreting survey data, and preparing detailed reports for clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor and be familiar with relevant surveying techniques and software. This position offers a salary of $1100 per month along with accommodation and free visa and ticket. Indian nationality preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to land surveying
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Geomatics Engineering or related field
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting survey data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to land surveying
- Physical fitness for working outdoors in various weather conditions
