Land Surveyor - Contract Position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures using specialized equipment and technology. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and existing structures
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and electronic data collectors to collect survey data
- Prepare detailed survey reports and maps based on collected data
- Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and make any necessary adjustments
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to provide updates on survey progress
- Follow safety procedures to avoid accidents while working in the field
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee national or have knowledge of the Malayalam language
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, and electronic data collectors
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software is preferred
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
