We are seeking a skilled and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, providing delicious Pakistani cuisine. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu creation and food preparation to managing kitchen staff and ensuring high quality standards are met. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, along with accommodation, free visa and ticket. We welcome freshers who have a passion for cooking and are eager to learn and grow in their career. No English language skills required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and authentic Pakistani menus that cater to varying taste preferences
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented beautifully
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed while staying within budget constraints
- Collaborate with other departments such as front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into menu planning

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in Pakistani cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of Pakistani spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Creative flair in menu planning
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for learning new recipes and techniques
