Instrument Technician

Our company, a leading manufacturer in the oil and gas industry, is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Dubai. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various instruments used in the production and processing of oil and gas. This includes but is not limited to pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and control systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise with these instruments and ensuring they are functioning properly.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry. However, we are open to candidates without prior experience if they possess a relevant diploma or certificate from a recognized institution. Additionally, we welcome female candidates who are looking for part-time work opportunities.

Key Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Instrumentation or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of different types of instruments used in the oil and gas industry
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Install new instruments according to specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing instruments
- Troubleshoot instrument malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Calibrate instruments as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order replacement parts as required
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working with instruments
