Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al Buraymi city, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff schedules and training, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Train and manage staff to ensure efficient operation and exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items or specials

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one if selected for the position

Salary:
The salary for this full-time position is $1100 per month.

This is an urgent position so candidates must be able to start immediately.
