We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Isa Town, Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a restaurant, preferably in the Middle East region. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for managing staff, scheduling shifts, and handling all administrative tasks related to the restaurant. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. A degree in hospitality or business management is preferred.
