Sales Manager - Medina, Egypt


We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Medina, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving sales growth for our company. This position requires someone with experience in sales and a strong understanding of the Egyptian market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and forecasts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Provide training and support to the sales team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Egyptian market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
