Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position is suitable for men and does not require proficiency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items as needed
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
Working Hours: Part time (Flexible schedule)
This position is open to both Indian and Egyptian nationals. No proficiency in English is required for this role.
