Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Pakistani/African Nationals)



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a high-end restaurant, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service standards are maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff and provide constructive feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to handle stressful situations with ease while maintaining professionalism
- Experience in training and developing staff members
- Biometric passport required for visa processing
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills would be an advantage
- Pakistani or African nationality preferred
