As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our guests to enjoy. You will work closely with our culinary team to develop new menu items, ensure high quality standards are met, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a pastry chef in a high-end or luxury establishment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present various pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to our menu and guest requests
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dessert recipes that meet customer preferences
- Ensure all food items are prepared in accordance with food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients
- Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and recipes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines set by the hotel management
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a pastry chef in a high-end or luxury establishment
- Degree or diploma in culinary arts or equivalent certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of pastries, desserts, and baking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and creativity when developing new recipes
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary: 1700$
Location: Ar-Ruwais
Preference for Pakistani or Malayalee candidates with English speaking skills.
