Merchandiser for Retail Store in Al-Kuwait

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail store is visually appealing and well-stocked, while also maximizing sales. You will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute creative visual displays within the store to attract and engage customers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze sales trends and adjust product placement accordingly
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments
- Assist in creating and maintaining a welcoming, organized, and clean store environment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in merchandising or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a merchandiser or visual merchandiser in a retail setting
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and sales analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Al-Kuwait (Preference given to local candidates)
