Merchandiser - Contract Position (For Indian or Pakistani Nationals) in Al-Kuwait

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team on a contract basis in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and promote our products. The ideal candidate will have experience in the retail industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans for different product categories based on market trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to meet sales goals
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and adherence to brand guidelines
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for pricing, promotions, and product assortment
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Participate in trade shows or events to showcase new products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must hold a valid visa for Kuwait (visa sponsorship provided)

Salary: 1600$ per month
