Entry-Level Gardener in Medina


We are hiring an Entry-Level Gardener to join our team in Medina. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces. Responsibilities:
- Plant, water, fertilize, and prune trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, weeding, and applying necessary treatments
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Clean up garden beds by removing debris and dead plants
- Use gardening tools such as shovels, rakes, trimmers, etc.
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases
- Help with the design and layout of gardens
- Assist with landscaping projects as needed

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Passion for gardening and willingness to learn new skills
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of plants and their care requirements is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
