Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking experienced and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at our busy restaurant in Isa Town. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, be able to work well under pressure, and have a positive attitude. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or events
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa (non-negotiable)
- Must be able to provide own accommodation (non-negotiable)
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Team player with good multitasking abilities
