Administrative Assistant - Al-Khor, Qatar
Our rapidly growing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national with excellent English language skills and a desire to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and managing expenses
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for office supplies and services
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Help plan and organize company events or meetings
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Indian nationality preferred
- Visa sponsorship available
