Business Coach


As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and organizations in order to help them improve their business strategies, operations, and overall performance. Your main goal will be to assist your clients in achieving their business goals and objectives, while also helping them develop the necessary skills and knowledge to sustain long-term success.

Your duties may include conducting assessments of your clients' current business practices, identifying areas for improvement, and developing customized coaching plans to address specific needs. You will also provide valuable insights and advice on various aspects of business management, such as marketing, finance, human resources, and operations.

To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in the business world, preferably as an entrepreneur or a senior-level executive. You must possess strong communication skills in order to effectively convey your recommendations and motivate your clients towards positive change. Previous experience as a business coach or consultant is highly desirable.

This position requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, as you will be dealing with sensitive information related to your clients' businesses. Additionally, you must be able to adapt quickly to different industries and businesses of varying sizes.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about helping others succeed in their professional endeavors. Candidates with a background in psychology or counseling may also be well-suited for this role due to its emphasis on coaching and mentoring.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. Please note that having a biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory.
