Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of handyman tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our facilities to ensure they are safe and functional at all times. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Respond to service requests from staff or residents in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facilities at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects.
