Cleaner Supervisor
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates


We are in need of a reliable and experienced Cleaner Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations at our company in Sharjah. As a Cleaner Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners and ensuring that all areas of our premises are kept clean and hygienic. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in cleaning and supervising a team, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of cleaners
- Inspect all areas of the premises to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Create cleaning schedules for different areas and assign tasks to team members
- Train new cleaners on proper cleaning techniques and company policies
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used correctly by the team
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders when needed
- Address any customer complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning and supervising a team is preferred
- Good command of English is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with an initial duration of 1 year, with potential for extension based on performance.

Accommodation:
This position does not provide accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing in Sharjah.

Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning and supervision is preferred.

Nationality Preference:

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position, as all communication within the company is conducted in English.
