Contract Executive Chef

An upscale restaurant in Isa Town is seeking a talented and motivated Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing an exceptional menu, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food and service for our guests. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1300$, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and vision
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budget goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve menu offerings and dining experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
- International experience or exposure to different cuisines
- Culinary degree or equivalent training
