Administrator - Ajman, UAE
As an Administrator in our company located in Ajman, UAE, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be part of a team that works towards achieving company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers for office needs
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper records
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1100$ per month
