Administrator - Ajman, UAE
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as managing paperwork, organizing files, and scheduling appointments. This is a contract position suitable for men and requires prior experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and reports
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and invoices
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu (fluency in Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
Location:
This role is based in Ajman, UAE.
Nationality Preference:
We are specifically looking for Pakistani candidates for this position.
Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is required for this role.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time contract position with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Sunday through Thursday.
