Construction Manager - Ar Rumaythiyah, India (Visa Sponsorship Available)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Ar Rumaythiyah, India. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing various construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently
- Oversee site operations and monitor progress against project timelines
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
