Merchandiser - El-Ain, Egypt


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and developing product displays to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends and customer preferences to ensure our products are displayed in the most effective way.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends
- Create attractive product displays that meet brand standards and drive sales
- Collaborate with sales team to develop promotions and special offers
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines
- Train store staff on proper product placement and display techniques
- Regularly visit stores to ensure product displays are properly set up and maintained

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail industry
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and creative thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Salary: $1600/month

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 9am - 5pm. Some weekend work may be required during peak seasons.

Applicants must have previous experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in the retail industry. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
