Land Surveyor - Jizan, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and collecting data to determine boundaries and topographic features. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$, and accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones
- Gather data on land features including elevations, boundaries, and structures
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plots, and reports
- Prepare legal documents such as deeds and property descriptions
- Work closely with engineers and architects to assist in site planning and development projects
- Utilize computer software programs for data analysis and map creation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Valid license or certification as a Land Surveyor preferred
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment including GPS receivers, total stations, and drones
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Ability to interpret legal documents such as deeds and property descriptions
- Proficient computer skills with experience using surveying software programs
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
