Barista - Coffee Shop in Riyadh

A popular coffee shop in Riyadh is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This job is open to Indian nationals with at least 2 years of experience as a barista. English proficiency is not required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer specifications
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
- Ensure quality control by monitoring coffee brewing equipment and adjusting as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop including counters, tables, and equipment
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Indian national with minimum 2 years of experience as a barista
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art skills are preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is an advantage but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
