Barista (Malayalee) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking a talented and experienced Barista to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure quality control by following proper brewing, measuring, and mixing techniques
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders when needed
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
- Train new baristas as needed

Requirements:
- Must be Malayalee or have strong knowledge of Malayalam culture
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one before starting employment
- Fluent in English is not required, but basic understanding is preferred
