Construction Project Manager
A reputable construction company in Abu-Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role is suitable for experienced professionals with a strong background in managing construction projects, preferably in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. As this is a contract job, candidates must be willing to work on a project-to-project basis and be able to adapt to different project requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers and other stakeholders
- Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are followed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular project updates
- Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Experience working on large-scale projects in the Gulf region preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent communication skills
