Barista



The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for coffee and an outgoing personality. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks
- Ensure that all beverages are made to the customer's specifications and meet quality standards
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist with placing orders as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training or certification in coffee preparation is preferred.

Salary:
$1000 per month.

Manama, Bahrain.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job. Candidates must have their own visa.
