Chef (African Cuisine)

The ideal candidate will have a passion for African cuisine and be well-versed in traditional and modern cooking techniques. As our Chef, you will be responsible for creating unique and delicious dishes that showcase the flavors of Africa. You will also be responsible for managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining high sanitation standards. Additionally, you will oversee a team of cooks and ensure all dishes are prepared to perfection and presented beautifully. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen, preferably with a focus on African cuisine. Strong leadership skills, creativity, and attention to detail are essential for this role. This position is based in Sharjah and offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month.
