As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes, using traditional cooking techniques and fresh ingredients. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong passion for Indian cuisine and a minimum of 3 years experience working as an Indian Chef in a reputable restaurant. You should also possess excellent communication skills in English, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

As an Indian Chef, you will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of different spices and their uses in Indian cooking, as well as the ability to create new and innovative dishes while staying true to traditional flavors. You should also have experience managing kitchen staff and maintaining inventory levels.
