Registered Nurse

A leading healthcare facility in Al Ahmadi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, and a valid nursing license. Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor patient's condition and progress, communicate with healthcare team regarding any changes or concerns
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and medication administration
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all activities according to facility policies and procedures
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- Valid nursing license from country of origin or current residence
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Knowledge of current nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
