We are in need of a skilled Welder to join our team in Medina. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans to determine the layout and specifications for welding
- Measure and mark metal pieces for cutting or shaping
- Operate various welding equipment, such as MIG, TIG, and arc welders
- Join metal parts by applying heat or pressure to create a permanent bond
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using various welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and arc welders
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and strength to stand for long periods of time
