Handyman for Property Maintenance in Sharjah, UAE


We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is hands-on and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing drywall
- Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Paint and touch-up walls and furniture as needed
- Repair or replace damaged appliances and fixtures
- Install new fixtures, shelves, and other items as required
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Familiarity with basic repair tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
