Merchandiser - Retail Sales Representative

As a Merchandiser - Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in retail stores, ensuring that they are attractively displayed and well-stocked. You will work closely with store managers and teams to ensure that products are properly priced, advertised, and available for purchase. Your main goal is to increase sales and profitability by effectively managing product placement and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store management to determine the best product placement for maximum sales potential
- Ensure that all products are properly priced and have accurate signage
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock to store management
- Build relationships with store staff to promote product knowledge and drive sales
- Maintain attractive displays by regularly restocking, cleaning, and arranging products
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and identify opportunities for improvement
- Attend trade shows and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and new products
- Create reports on sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to share with management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or business is a plus
- Proven experience in retail sales or merchandising preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Urdu/Hindi is a plus
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and store staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
Starting salary of 1800$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Note:
Preference will be given to Pakistani candidates who have a valid biometric passport. This is a part-time position without accommodation and does not require prior experience.
