Sales Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Pakistani Nationals)


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, setting sales targets, and developing strategic plans to increase revenue and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Pakistani nationals are preferred for this role. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of industry changes
- Prepare reports on sales performance and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote company products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 3 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing strategic plans for business growth
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis techniques
- Fluent in Urdu or Hindi (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia without accommodation
- Pakistani national preferred
