Office Assistant - Jizan, Saudi Arabia
We are in need of an efficient and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when needed
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Schedule appointments and meetings for employees as requested
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and filing
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; further education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with good typing skills
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in English; Malayalam language skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with high accuracy level
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
