Registered Nurse (RN) - Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our healthcare facility located in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and support to a diverse patient population, including English speaking patients and Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing patient health status and needs
- Developing individualized care plans based on patient assessments
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhering to all local healthcare regulations and standards of practice

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Valid RN license in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN, preferably in a hospital setting
- Fluent in English with proficiency in Arabic being a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Compassionate, empathetic, and able to handle stressful situations with patience
